TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Services

Seb's Autoreiniging provides professional vehicle cleaning at the customer's location.

The services performed may include:

Premium treatments:

• - Exterior cleaning
• - Interior cleaning
• - Deep interior cleaning
• - Steam cleaning
• - Complete premium treatment

Additional treatments:

• - Deep wheel cleaning
• - Engine bay cleaning
• - Stain removal
• - Dog hair removal

The exact work performed depends on the selected package and the condition of the vehicle.

2. Appointments and cancellations

Services are available by appointment only.

For cancellations, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

If an appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours in advance or the customer is absent, Seb's Autoreiniging reserves the right to charge a fee.

3. How the work is carried out

The customer must ensure that:

• - the vehicle is accessible at the agreed time
• - sufficient workspace is available
• - personal valuables have been removed beforehand
• - the location is suitable for safely carrying out the work
• - the work area is safe and freely accessible
• - access to water and electricity is available

Seb's Autoreiniging operates in accordance with applicable Belgian environmental and water legislation concerning mobile car cleaning.

If the work location does not meet legal or environmental requirements, Seb's Autoreiniging reserves the right to refuse or relocate the work.

In such cases, an administrative and travel fee of €20 may be charged. This fee must be paid immediately on site and does not include the cleaning service.

The customer remains responsible for any consent or permits relating to use of the location.

4. Vehicle condition and how the work is carried out

The customer declares that the vehicle is in a safe and suitable condition for the work to be carried out.

Seb's Autoreiniging cannot be held liable for:

• - pre-existing damage
• - wear and tear
• - damaged paintwork
• - loose parts
• - sensitive materials
• - defective or damaged interior components

Seb's Autoreiniging is also not liable for electronic malfunctions or defects that were already present or are caused by existing faults in electronic systems, screens, sensors or accessories.

For exceptional soiling, animal hair, sand, mould, smoke odours or heavily soiled vehicles, an additional fee may be charged after prior consultation with the customer.

Seb's Autoreiniging reserves the right to refuse vehicles or assignments in unsafe, unhealthy or extreme conditions.

Cleaning may reveal existing or hidden defects.

Seb's Autoreiniging cannot be held liable for this.

5. Results and expectations

Seb's Autoreiniging carries out every cleaning professionally and with the greatest care.

However, we cannot guarantee:

• - permanent removal of all stains
• - restoration of damaged materials
• - complete removal of deeply embedded odours
• - pre-existing damage to paintwork, interior or parts

Results depend on:

• - the condition of the vehicle
• - the age of the materials
• - the type of soiling
• - vehicle maintenance

Seb's Autoreiniging is not responsible for dust, rain, pollen or other external soiling that may reappear on the vehicle after the service has been performed.

6. Damage and liability

Any comments or damage must be reported immediately after the work is completed.

Seb's Autoreiniging cannot be held liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, defective parts or sensitive materials.

In all cases, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service performed.

7. Payment

Payment is due immediately after the work is completed, unless otherwise agreed.

An additional travel fee may be charged for jobs outside the standard service area.

Administrative costs and statutory interest may be charged for late payment.

8. Weather conditions

Because services are performed at the customer's location, extreme weather conditions may require the appointment to be rescheduled.

9. Photos and publication

Seb's Autoreiniging takes and uses photos of the vehicle for promotional purposes only when the customer has given separate, voluntary consent in advance.

Without that consent, no photos are taken or used for the website or social media. Licence plates, faces and other personal data are always obscured before a photo is published.

10. Privacy

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation and is never sold to third parties.
